Time & Location

The conference will take place on 19th and 21st September 2023 at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, No. 1 Dai Co Viet, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi, Vietnam, consisting of two parts:

1. The scientific and technical discussion on the 19th in the conference room, C2 building, Hanoi University of Science and Technology

2. The roundtable public facing meeting on 21st September in the board room, C1 building, Hanoi University of Science and Technology
