Registration

It is free to attend the workshop thanks to the financial support from the British Council, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and Imperial College London. However, interested attendees must register using the form below. The conference will be in a hybrid mode with in-person participation in HUST campus and online via Microsoft Teams.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided to in-person attendees. There will plenty of networking opportunities during the lunch and coffee breaks. Gala dinner at PANORAMA Restaurant - Authentic Hanoi Hotel – No. 13 Ly Thai To Street, Hanoi on the 19th will be available to selected attendees (The organisers will contact in-person attendees regarding the provision of the dinner).

There are limited opportunities for regular 15 mins talks. 

We also welcome poster presentations.

Deadline for the registration is the 12:00 pm, 12th September 2023, GMT+7 (i.e. Hanoi time). 

Notice: The official registration was closed by 12/09/2023. However, if you were interested in attending the workshop, you are welcomed to join via Teams (links provided in the final programme available on the website) or just go straight to the C2 conference room in HUST campus. Unfortunately, lunch and dinner will not be available for in-person participants who did not register before the official deadline 12/09/2023.
